My name is Ophélie Cabanero, I have been studying all the things related to health (body, mind, soul) for the past decade - & more. I absolutely love to learn about tools and tricks that not only make us healthier, but also happier & help us thrive. I’m also fascinated by our wants & needs and their individuality.

It all started with Yoga when I was 20, it continued with Holistic Health Coaching, followed by Cranio-Sacral Therapy and last but not least Hypnotherapy, the main method I work with right now. It all takes place online and the sessions are 60min.
